Job Description:

The Human Resources & Administration Manager plays a key role in decision-making, strategic planning, and leadership while upholding ethical standards and strong interpersonal skills. This role requires extensive expertise and experience in human resources and administrative management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee end-to-end HR management, administration, and coordination of HR functions, including but not limited to workforce planning, recruitment and selection, employee records management, compensation and benefits, performance and talent management, payroll, and learning and development
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, initiatives, and systems that align with organizational goals and business strategies
  • Establish and review policies and procedures that reflect company culture and values
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
  • Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to line managers
  • Oversee office administration, including supplies management, pantry restocking, corporate event coordination, and general office support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in a managerial or leadership role preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities in customer-facing environments
  • Highly detail-oriented, with a strong sense of confidentiality and discretion
  • Strong skills in prioritization, problem-solving, organization, planning, research, and analysis
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaborate within a small team
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and market practices
