We are seeking a motivated, self-driven individual to join our team as a Human Resources Assistant. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive and eager to grow in a fast-paced, supportive work environment. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative duties while supporting the HR department and employees with HR activities, policies, and procedures.
Job Responsibility:
Manage office operations and administrative tasks
Conduct research to identify potential candidates and clients
Keep employee records and databases up to date
Assist in organizing and conducting new employee orientation sessions
Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive business matters
Strong knowledge of data encryption and data protection protocols
Perform accurate data entry tasks
Exhibit exceptional customer service skills
Demonstrate a willingness to work both independently and collaboratively, taking initiative and adapting to diverse projects
Proficiency in office software and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with staff at all levels while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role
Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and office software
Strong understanding of data entry and database management
Knowledge of data encryption and confidentiality protocols
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to new tasks and challenges
Prior experience in customer service is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with all levels of staff in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required)
