Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated, self-driven individual to join our team as a Human Resources Assistant. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive and eager to grow in a fast-paced, supportive work environment. If you are highly skilled, enthusiastic, and ready to contribute to a positive company culture, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative duties while supporting the HR department and employees with HR activities, policies, and procedures.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage office operations and administrative tasks
  • Conduct research to identify potential candidates and clients
  • Keep employee records and databases up to date
  • Assist in organizing and conducting new employee orientation sessions
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive business matters
  • Strong knowledge of data encryption and data protection protocols
  • Perform accurate data entry tasks
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service skills
  • Demonstrate a willingness to work both independently and collaboratively, taking initiative and adapting to diverse projects
  • Proficiency in office software and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with staff at all levels while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role
  • Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and office software
  • Strong understanding of data entry and database management
  • Knowledge of data encryption and confidentiality protocols
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to new tasks and challenges
  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with all levels of staff in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required)
