Job Description:

We are actively searching for a Human Resources Assistant to become an integral part of our team in Miami, Florida. This position plays a crucial role in managing the HR functions, including new permanent data entry, benefits administration, recruitment process, and maintaining employee records. The role also includes resolving employee inquiries regarding eligibility, salaries, benefits, and other HR-related issues.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the entire recruitment process
Enter new permanent data into ADP Workforce
Administer company benefits
Assist in conducting performance reviews
Handle inquiries regarding eligibility, salaries, benefits
Maintain up-to-date employee files
Respond to various information requests
Manage all reporting to insurance carrier
Ensure bilingual communication
Maintain compliance with ADP regulations

Requirements:

Bilingual- English and Spanish required
Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services software
Experience with ADP Workforce Now
Knowledgeable in various benefit functions
Strong communication skills
Understanding of compliance regulations and laws
Proven experience in managing employee relations
Familiarity with modern hiring processes
Experience with ADP - Payroll
