Job Responsibility:
Create and maintain filing systems
Create and type office correspondence
Distribute and route mail
Order and track office supplies
Answer phone calls and record messages
Create new employee personnel files
Assist walk-in candidates with application procedures
Maintain application space
Respond to employee and management inquiries
Maintain confidentiality and security of records
Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records
Requirements:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
