Job Description:

The Human Resources Coordinator at The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong will ensure the delivery of the 'Gold Standards' of The Ritz-Carlton, maintaining high levels of service and professionalism. The role involves administrative tasks, employee support, and maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of records.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create and maintain filing systems
  • Create and type office correspondence
  • Distribute and route mail
  • Order and track office supplies
  • Answer phone calls and record messages
  • Create new employee personnel files
  • Assist walk-in candidates with application procedures
  • Maintain application space
  • Respond to employee and management inquiries
  • Maintain confidentiality of records
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience
  • No license or certification required
