Job Description:

We are looking to bring on board a Human Resources Generalist to our team located in Tampa, Florida. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be accountable for handling an array of HR activities encompassing payroll management, benefits administration, and recruitment. This role will involve tasks such as maintaining accurate records, processing employee requests, and ensuring compliance in all HR procedures.

Job Responsibility:

Administering benefits to employees, managing queries, liaising with brokers, and overseeing open enrollment
Handling payroll for multiple branches, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Addressing and resolving employee requests and concerns in a detail oriented and timely manner
Ensuring HR procedures are compliant with laws and regulations
Managing recruitment processes for both in-office and field roles, facilitating efficient hiring
Taking ownership and following up on HR project tasks
Serving as a backup for HR functions across other branches as required

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Human Resources Generalist
Proficient understanding of Benefit Functions within a corporate environment
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively at all levels within the company
Proven knowledge and experience in Compliance and regulatory matters related to HR
Strong capabilities in managing Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and employee engagement
Experience in Hiring Processes: job posting, interviewing, and onboarding
Proficiency in using UKG Pro or similar HR management software
