Job Description:

This HR Generalist role involves a broad range of responsibilities related to personnel management and will play a key role in supporting both the HR department and employees on matters such as policies, procedures, and various HR activities.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborating with the employer to assess and identify staffing needs
Conducting interviews with prospective candidates to evaluate their qualifications and experience
Verifying candidate references and completing background checks
Providing applicants with detailed information about the role, including job responsibilities, work environment, benefits, and conditions
Assisting in the recruitment process by hiring or recommending qualified candidates
Leading or supporting the onboarding and orientation process for new employees

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as a Generalist
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
