Job Description:

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Assistant in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. As an HR Assistant, you will be tasked with a range of responsibilities, primarily centered around supporting our HR department with administrative tasks, assisting with recruitment processes, and maintaining employee records.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct background checks and auditing procedures for prospective employees
Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now to manage HR tasks and responsibilities
Support the HR department by maintaining an organized and updated employee database
Facilitate the recruitment process, from vetting candidates and scheduling interviews to issuing employment contracts
Coordinate with the HR Manager in formulating policies, hiring procedures, and salary administration
Ensure smooth communication with employees and provide timely resolutions to their queries
Coordinate and organize orientation and training sessions for new hires
Manage records of employee attendance and leaves
Perform full cycle recruiting duties

Requirements:

Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
Experience with ADP Workforce Now
Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
Auditing skills
Experience in conducting background checks
Understanding of benefit functions
Strong customer service skills
Experience in recruiting
Knowledge of full cycle recruiting
Fluency in Spanish language
