We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager. As an HR Manager, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities including managing the human resources function, aligning human capital with business strategy, adopting best practices, and attracting, developing, and retaining employees.
Job Responsibility:
Align human capital with business strategy and adopt best practices in HR management
Attract, develop, and retain employees to ensure a skilled and engaged workforce
Assist in the design, development, implementation, compliance, communication, and documentation of cost-effective HR-related programs, policies, and initiatives
Facilitate change management initiatives to adapt to evolving business needs
Collaborate with management in developing the company’s safety, risk, and claims management programs
Manage and advise on employee relations issues, fostering a positive workplace environment
Ensure effective training and development opportunities are provided to meet current and future business needs
Oversee the design, development, and compliance of the company’s wage and salary structure, compensation policies, and benefit programs
Manage the HR department team to deliver outstanding internal customer service while fostering a team environment
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment litigation to ensure organizational compliance
Develop and provide regular relevant human resources reporting to the management team
Maintain the HRIS system for all required processes and transactions that provide data and reporting on HR activity
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the role of Human Resources Manager
Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services
Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now
Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
Experience with Ceridian
Understanding of HCM (Human Capital Management)
Ability to handle Benefit Functions effectively
Exceptional communication skills
Understanding and maintaining compliance in all HR-related matters
Proven skills in employee relations
Experience in managing hiring processes
Prior experience in the Stone/Glass/Concrete Manufacturing industry is preferred
