On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join their team located near Oak Brook, Illinois. This role is essential in managing employee benefit programs, collaborating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a team by coaching and developing current and new employees. This is an onsite position Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Job Responsibility:
Implement and manage comprehensive benefit package programs
Work closely with vendors
Conduct thorough analysis and reporting on existing benefits programs
Oversee the payroll budget and employment laws and regulations
Provide coaching and development guidance
Leverage technology to improve communication and streamline HR processes
Develop effective benefits communication tools for staff members
Contribute to special projects as part of the Total Rewards package and HR initiatives
Requirements:
College Degree in Human Resources, Benefits, Marketing / Finance or related
5+ years of experience in a Human Resource supervisory role
Strong Computer / IT Skills
Strong Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Analytical and organizational skills and independent decision-making skills
Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
