We are in search of a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Irving, Texas. In this role, you will be overseeing critical HR, payroll, and administrative functions, ensuring the smooth running of office operations, and contributing to a positive work environment.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee and execute the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Foster a positive work environment by managing and supporting employee relations
Lead efforts in recruitment, staffing, and retention
Ensure accurate and timely weekly and biweekly payroll processing
Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
Maintain records and support performance evaluation processes
Liaise with external consultants, insurance brokers, and service providers
Ensure adherence to employment laws and update policies accordingly
Administer HR programs, including benefits, leave, employee relations, and performance management
Handle employee grievances and escalate when necessary
Oversee office supplies, facility maintenance, and budget management
Organize and coordinate company events and meetings
Manage escalated customer service issues professionally
Track HR metrics and provide insights to improve strategies
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Human Resources field
Expertise in Benefit Functions
Strong communication skills
Solid understanding and experience with Compliance
Good skills in managing Employee Relations
Proficiency in Hiring Processes
Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration
Experience in handling Multi-state Payroll
Knowledge and experience of working with Paychex Payroll
Experience in managing Payroll for under 100 employees
Administrative skills
Proven track record in driving Employee Engagement
