Job Description:

We are inviting applications for a Human Resources / Inclusion Manager position in the heart of SAN FRANCISCO, California. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies, maintaining a culturally competent work environment, and aligning workforce practices with our organization's values.

Job Responsibility:

designing and implementing organization-wide diversity and inclusion strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders
working closely with the Director of Human Resources and EDI to integrate inclusive practices across all departments
ensuring compliance with HR policies and laws
overseeing employee relations and resolving any arising issues
managing all aspects of the hiring process, from job posting to onboarding
developing and implementing performance management systems
utilizing ADP - Payroll for effective payroll management
communicating effectively with all levels of the organization to promote a positive work environment

Requirements:

5 years’ experience working with organizational diversity and inclusion initiatives
required experience with/understanding of employment/management practices through an EDI lens
experience developing, implementing, and measuring EDI and employee engagement strategies and initiatives
ability to perform Benefit Functions effectively
excellent communication skills
strong understanding of compliance requirements in HR
proven experience in employee relations
familiarity with hiring processes
knowledge of HR policy development and implementation
experience in onboarding new employees
ability to manage performance effectively
experience with ADP - payroll processing
