Job Description:

Global organization is growing their Human Resources Team and is looking to hire a Human Resources Information Systems Manager to proactively support multiple functions of the Human Resource Department. Must have technical and programming skills including SQL and expertise in HRIS systems. This is a hybrid role, 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Job Responsibility:

  • System Administration: Overseeing the daily operation of the HRIS, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Data Management: Ensuring the accuracy and security of employee data within the system
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generating reports and analyzing HR data to support strategic decision-making
  • Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve system functionality
  • User Support and Training: Providing support and training to HR staff and other system users
  • Compliance: Ensuring the HRIS complies with relevant laws and regulations, particularly regarding data privacy
  • Vendor Relations: Managing relationships with HRIS vendors, including negotiating contracts and overseeing system updates
  • Project Management: Leading projects related to system upgrades, implementations, and integrations with other software
  • Troubleshooting: Addressing and resolving any issues or errors that arise within the system
  • Collaboration: Working closely with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure the system meets organizational needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Preferred 7+ years of Human Resource experience in a corporate environment
  • Proficiency in ADP
  • Experience with programming, application systems, and reporting
  • Familiarity with background check and drug screen third party systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with SQL Programming
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
  • Proven experience of communicating professionally with internal and external customers
  • Proven organizational skills, with high attention to detail and flexibility with shifting priorities
  • Solid attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of integrity and proven ability to maintain and protect confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
