Global organization is growing their Human Resources Team and is looking to hire a Human Resources Information Systems Manager to proactively support multiple functions of the Human Resource Department. Must have technical and programming skills including SQL and expertise in HRIS systems. This is a hybrid role, 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
Job Responsibility:
System Administration: Overseeing the daily operation of the HRIS, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently
Data Management: Ensuring the accuracy and security of employee data within the system
Reporting and Analytics: Generating reports and analyzing HR data to support strategic decision-making
Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve system functionality
User Support and Training: Providing support and training to HR staff and other system users
Compliance: Ensuring the HRIS complies with relevant laws and regulations, particularly regarding data privacy
Vendor Relations: Managing relationships with HRIS vendors, including negotiating contracts and overseeing system updates
Project Management: Leading projects related to system upgrades, implementations, and integrations with other software
Troubleshooting: Addressing and resolving any issues or errors that arise within the system
Collaboration: Working closely with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure the system meets organizational needs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Preferred 7+ years of Human Resource experience in a corporate environment
Proficiency in ADP
Experience with programming, application systems, and reporting
Familiarity with background check and drug screen third party systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with SQL Programming
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
Proven experience of communicating professionally with internal and external customers
Proven organizational skills, with high attention to detail and flexibility with shifting priorities
Solid attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of integrity and proven ability to maintain and protect confidentiality
