Assist the Human Resources team in the general organization of human resources department and services to the employees and in the day-to-day operations by carrying out various administrative tasks. Replace the Human Resources Manager during her absence.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to applications
Prepare contracts/employment certificates
Prepare new employee files and introduce them to the hotel
Assist employees with administration
Follow up on medical/incapacity certificates
Report and follow up on worker's compensation administration
Handle requests and correspondence from interim agencies
File and organize daily paperwork
Organize staff celebrations
Requirements:
Current college or university student
Languages: French and English (Dutch is a plus)
Motivation, good communication skills and flexibility
Interest in responsibility and autonomy
Nice to have:
Dutch language skills
What we offer:
Allowance of 750€/month (overseas students) and 350€/month (Belgian students)
5 pieces of clothes to clean/week
Meals during working hours
Transportation from the hotel to the residence in Belgium
