The Human Resources/ Learning Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Maui Kapalua is responsible for driving company values and philosophy, ensuring all training and development activities are strategically linked to the organization’s mission and vision. The role involves working with the Executive Committee and property leadership team to identify and address employee and organizational development needs, ensuring effective training is in place to achieve desired business results. The position also involves conducting needs assessments, designing and developing training programs, and facilitating the delivery of both custom and corporate training programs. The manager will measure the effectiveness of training to ensure a return on investment and work with Human Resources employees to carry out daily activities of the Human Resource Office, including oversight of recruitment, total compensation, and training and development. The role ensures compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and operating procedures.
