Job Description:

Our client, a well-established manufacturing organization, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee and guide their HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic leader to directly impact talent management, employee relations, and workplace safety in a thriving, fast-paced industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of five HR professionals, cultivating a supportive and performance-driven team culture
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract top talent for a variety of roles within the organization
  • Manage employee relations, addressing and resolving workplace concerns in a manner that promotes fairness and organizational values
  • Ensure the accuracy and administration of employee benefits and compensation programs, aligning policies with industry benchmarks
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations, including those relating to safety standards (e.g., OSHA compliance)
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and implement employee engagement strategies, performance management processes, and workforce planning initiatives
  • Create and execute training and development programs to build internal capabilities and maximize employee potential
  • Oversee workplace safety efforts, including compliance with safety regulations, incident investigations, and implementation of preventive measures
  • Support HRIS systems to track and monitor HR metrics, using data insights to steer decision-making

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role within a manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience in managing Benefit Functions, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated knowledge in Compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and other industry-specific regulations
  • Strong background in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Experience in Corporate Recruiting, including sourcing candidates, negotiating offers, and maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies
  • Proficiency in Compensation & Benefits, including job grading, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration
