Job Description:

The Human Resources Supervisor will assist in monitoring and tracking employee relations issues, support management with HR issues, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws. The role involves maintaining employee records, assisting in logistics and administration of employee surveys, and supporting the hiring and training processes. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of related work experience, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in monitoring/tracking employee relations issues
Support management with Human Resources issues
Monitor hiring and recruitment processes
Inform Human Resources management of employee relations issues
Respond to employee and management questions
Disseminate information to employees
Review and maintain employee records
Assist in logistics and administration of employee surveys
Answer phone calls and record messages
Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees
Follow company and safety policies
Maintain confidentiality
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Enter and locate work-related information using computers
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
