Job Description:

The Human Resources Supervisor at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok, will assist in monitoring employee relations, support management with HR issues, and ensure compliance with hiring processes. The role involves maintaining employee records, assisting in logistics, and developing positive working relationships. The position requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year of related work experience, and 1 year of supervisory experience.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in monitoring/tracking employee relations issues
Support management with Human Resources issues
Monitor hiring and recruitment processes
Inform Human Resources management of employee relations issues
Respond to employee and management questions
Disseminate information to employees
Maintain employee records and files
Assist in logistics and scheduling of employee surveys
Answer phone calls and record messages
Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating employees
Follow company safety and security policies
Maintain confidentiality
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Develop positive working relationships
Enter and locate work-related information using computers
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
