Manage and lead the HR function in the areas of operational and HR development, namely the admission process, registration management, occupational medicine, salary processing, recruitment and selection, onboarding, training and development. Ensure the alignment of local HR activities and processes applied to local/Expat’s with the Group’s HR strategy.

Requirements:
Higher Education in Human Resources Management or similar
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferable in Multinational environment
Experience in union processes management
Strong Knowledge of operational HR and development processes
Knowledge of Local Labour Law (preferred)
Knowledge of MS Office and SAP R / 3 tools (preferred)
Fluent in english (mandatory)
Effective communication skills and ability to influence
