Job Description:

Support Hybrid Cloud’s Private Cloud and Flex Solutions headcount capitalization and software amortization process including: Team with managers to ensure headcount product and service allocation is accurate within HPE CapPlan tooling. Define process and develop automation to stitch together R&D deliverables to headcount project allocations with $s. Work with cross-functional partners to create and document a software amortization process that is repeatable, automated, and defensible to outside auditors. Ad hoc support to Private Cloud and Flex Solutions business operations team with regards to monthly spend collection / actuals / analysis / optimization.

Job Responsibility:

Support Hybrid Cloud’s Private Cloud and Flex Solutions headcount capitalization and software amortization process
Team with managers to ensure headcount product and service allocation is accurate within HPE CapPlan tooling
Define process and develop automation to stitch together R&D deliverables to headcount project allocations with $s

Requirements:

Enrolled full-time in a Bachelor degree program 3rd year (Junior), majoring in supply chain, sales, project management or related field
Strong communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation)
Strong and applied knowledge of Excel including Pivot Table / Macro creation and data analysis as well as stitching together complex data sources
Strong research and analytical skills
Demonstrated familiarity with Microsoft Office tools Word, Teams, and PowerPoint
Basic project management skills
Developing ability to collaborate and network with other groups and functions to reach business objectives
