Job Description:

The selected individual will provide technical and analytical support for customers, both internal and external. The role requires a deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes, including the creation, maintenance, and usage of spreadsheets and/or database tools for effective analysis and reporting.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain IAM policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the IAM team to ensure appropriate access to resources
  • Contribute to IAM projects and initiatives, aiding in planning and execution
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices within IAM
  • Work with Application, Role, Data owners to understand access requirements
  • Perform daily health checks in IAM solution for provisioning failures, data corrections, etc.
  • Maintain documentation for the IAM program
  • Participate in IAM audits and review access control reports to identify potential risks
  • Organize regular meetings with business trading partners to educate on IAM principles and collaboratively work towards improving operational efficiencies within the IAM program

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management or related field within the Insurance - Life industry
  • Proficiency in Checkpoint and Firewall Technologies
  • Demonstrated experience in Configuration Management
  • Deep understanding of Cyber Security principles and best practices
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and IAM provisioning
  • Familiarity with SailPoint and Active Directory
  • Proven expertise in Single Sign-On protocols and implementation
  • Ability to effectively manage identities and access controls in a complex environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on detail and data accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively relay complex security topics to non-technical team members
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
