Job Description:

Robert Half is partnering with a start-up searching for an Immigration Paralegal to join their team. This position is fully remote, full-time hours Monday through Friday, and is an on-going contract position.

Job Responsibility:

Gather information from clients, conduct interviews to determine eligibility for various immigration benefits
Prepare and file forms and petitions required by immigration authorities
Act as a liaison between clients and government agencies
Maintain organized case files, track deadlines, and ensure that documents are submitted on time

Requirements:

4+ YOE in employment / business immigration law
Experienced handling EB1A applications is required, preferably in the tech industry
