Job Description:

An Industrial Disease Paralegal/Litigation Executive is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 50 law firm in Liverpool. You will handle a varied caseload of defendant, litigated industrial disease claims, including Noise-Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL), HAVS/WRULD, and Asbestos-related illnesses. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cases from inception to settlement, providing expert legal advice, liaising with medical professionals, and negotiating settlements on behalf of clients.

Job Responsibility:

handling a varied caseload of defendant, litigated industrial disease claims including but not limited to Noise-Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL), HAVS/WRULD, and Asbestos-related illnesses
managing cases from inception to settlement
providing expert legal advice
liaising with medical professionals
negotiating settlements on behalf of clients

Requirements:

Paralegals/Litigation Executives with a solid track record handling your own caseload of litigated Industrial Disease claims
