An Industrial Disease Solicitor/Fee Earner is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 50 international law firm in Liverpool. The role involves handling a varied caseload of litigated industrial disease claims, providing expert legal advice, liaising with medical professionals, and negotiating settlements on behalf of clients. Job Responsibility:

Managing cases from inception to settlement
providing expert legal advice
liaising with medical professionals
negotiating settlements on behalf of clients

Requirements:

Solid track record handling your own caseload of litigated Industrial Disease claims
expertise in defendant, litigated industrial disease claims, including Noise-Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL), HAVS/WRULD, and asbestos-related illnesses
experience managing cases from inception to settlement
ability to provide expert legal advice, liaise with medical professionals, and negotiate settlements
