Job Description:

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Information Security Tech Lead Analyst for its Irving, Texas location. The role involves ensuring the overall security posture of new electronic trading Points of Delivery, planning and executing technical solution designs, and supporting the migration of market business applications to a new electronic trading environment.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure the overall security posture as per standards of new electronic trading Points of Delivery
Plan, build and execute technical solution designs for the delivery of both high performance and resilience information security technologies to support low latency electronic trading environments
Participate in various reporting functions, analysis of metrics, key performance indicators and vulnerability remediation initiatives
Reduce potential business impact by analyzing and identifying risks, performing gap analysis and architecture review, advising corrective actions and ensuring all relevant security controls are optimized
Direct the development and delivery of secure solutions by coordinating with business and technical contacts
Provide individual leadership in the realm of change, incident, and problem management
Support the build and migration of market business applications to the new electronic trading environment and retiring the legacy systematic trading environment
Troubleshoot complex connectivity issues often involving multiple support teams
Adhere to corporate and information security and other functional standards and controls

Requirements:

Requires a bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related field
6 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as an Information Security Tech Lead Analyst, Senior Network Security Engineer Lead or related position involving low latency electronic trading in financial industry
Experience with security frameworks: National Institute of Standard and Technology (NIST CSF, NIST 800-53), Control Objectives for Information and Technologies (COBIT), CIS, ISO 27000, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
Experience with Splunk, a security information and event management tool
Experience with Firewall platforms Check Point and Palo Alto, Juniper
Experience with Low latency network measurement tool: Corvil
Experience with Cyberark and OneIdentity privileged password management
Experience with Skybox and Hewlett Packard Network Automation compliance tools
Experience with Low Latency Electronic Trading Infrastructure
