Job Description:

The Infrastructure Automation Architect will lead automation initiatives, design scalable and secure automation solutions, and mentor teams. The role requires expertise in tools like Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines, along with a strategic mindset to drive automation across the organization.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions
Advocate and implement the 'Automate Everything & Everything as a Service' philosophy
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members
Utilize automation tools effectively
Maintain certifications and compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Develop and maintain documentation
Design and manage CI/CD pipelines
Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices
Manage version control systems
Implement monitoring and logging solutions.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in automation and system architecture
Relevant certifications in Ansible, Terraform, Salt, vRA, Python, Bash, Perl, PowerBI, and monitoring tools like the ELK Stack and Prometheus/Grafana
Deep expertise in Ansible, Terraform, Salt, vRA, Python, Bash, Perl, PowerBI, and monitoring tools
Strong leadership and mentorship skills
Strategic mindset with a belief in 'Automate Everything & Everything as a Service'
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and version control systems
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
