Job Description:

As an Infrastructure Systems Engineer, you will maintain servers, manage network connectivity, configure monitoring systems, and provide technical guidance. You will collaborate with a dynamic team that values your expertise. The role requires managing servers and networking equipment, maintaining virtual environments, utilizing virtualization tools, and ensuring network security. Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP is required, along with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.

Manage network connectivity
Configure monitoring systems
Provide technical guidance

Requirements:

Managing servers and Networking Routers & Switches & Firewalls
Maintaining virtual environments and LAN/WAN connectivity
Utilize virtualization tools such as VMware and Hyper-V
Server management, system documentation, and staying up-to-date with technology
Cloud experience – Azure, AWS, or GCP for system operations
Implement Veeam or similar technologies for efficient backup and recovery procedures
Ensure network security through the management of protocols, firewalls, and adherence to best security practices
Utilize scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation purposes
Manage and transition from Fortinet to Cisco technologies as part of system operations
Handle the processing and administration of customer credit applications
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records
Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on observations
Knowledge in Microsoft technologies, wireless technologies, security appliances, cloud technologies, and storage technologies
Intermediate knowledge in cyber security best practices
Ability to function in a fast-paced work environment
