Job Description:

This program is an 11-week full-time opportunity that provides real work experience with a team in your business area. You will be aligned to projects to lead or contribute to while also participating in networking, development, and career exploration activities. Our Corporate Interns can apply for future full-time roles during the program and have an increased likelihood to receive an offer for a post-graduation role.

Job Responsibility:

Facilitate meetings and participate in Agile ceremonies
Be an active participant in the management of Product enablers
Gather insight into the Product Development lifecycle
Support Product Managers and Product Owners in coordination activities
Expand knowledge in competitive analysis in the healthcare space

Requirements:

Meet Education Requirements (see Education section)
Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel)
Leadership experience (e.g., student organizations, sports, or work-related projects)
An interest in obtaining full-time position within CVS Health upon graduation
Internship or work experience in a related field
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Experience with collaboration tools such as: Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Rally or Jira
Self-starter with strong organizational skills
Thrives in fast paced environment
Passionate about healthcare and making a difference for our members
Enjoys collaboration and facilitating conversations between various teams (product, engineering, design, and more)
Possess an eager learning mindset
