Job Description:

Lead exciting innovation projects, collaborating with diverse partners to shape the future of healthcare in Japan. The role includes identifying technologies and partners, developing business strategies, leading Proof of Concept projects, and managing stakeholder relationships. Job Responsibility:

Identify and evaluate promising technologies and partners to address key unmet needs within the healthcare sector
develop and implement innovative business strategies and governance frameworks for innovation projects
lead the planning and execution of Proof of Concept (PoC) projects in collaboration with internal and external partners
build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies
manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in new business development, strategic consulting, corporate strategy, or a fast-paced environment
proven track record of successful project management, preferably involving significant budgets and cross-functional teams
strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex scientific and business concepts
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
fluency in Japanese and English (both written and spoken) is required
