Job Description:

It is a field job focused on sales operations, demand generation, store upkeep, and institutional sales within the assigned geography. The role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining professional relationships, and ensuring store hygiene.

Job Responsibility:

Sales: Achieving value sales of the assigned store(s)
Demand generation activities: Working with influencers to generate demand for the brand
Store upkeep: Maintaining store hygiene and stock management
Project/Institutional sales: Generating sales through projects and institutions in assigned geography.

Requirements:

Graduate
12th passed
12th appeared
Minimum 6 months to 12 months of channel sales experience in industries such as AP, Akzo, Laminates, Ply, Electricals, Lubricants
Insurance or banking field experience also accepted
Male/Female candidates.

Nice to have:

Experience in the insurance or banking sector
Field sales experience.

What we offer:

Net take home salary of 15K-20K NTH
Monthly Work Allowance (MWA) of 5000
