Job Description:

We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative in the steel manufacturing industry, located in Youngstown, Ohio. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining robust customer relationships, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering exceptional service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Efficiently address customer inquiries through phone and email
  • Make outbound calls to address customer needs and resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate records through meticulous filing and documentation
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail
  • Utilize customer database systems effectively to retrieve and input data
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Use Microsoft Word and Excel for various tasks
  • Schedule appointments and manage order entries
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls while providing excellent customer service
  • Correspond with customers through email while maintaining professionalism and accuracy

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in handling Inbound Calls with proficiency and detail orientation
  • Solid experience in Call Center Customer Service, showcasing excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Proficient in Data Entry, ensuring accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience in Email Correspondence, able to draft and respond to emails in a detail-oriented manner
  • Familiarity with both Inbound and Outbound Calls, demonstrating adaptability and multi-tasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, capable of efficient data processing and analysis
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, able to draft documents and reports effectively
  • Experience in Order Entry, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to Schedule Appointments efficiently, managing and coordinating schedules to optimize operations
