Job Description:

We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative in the steel manufacturing industry, based in Youngstown, Ohio. As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary role will be to nurture customer relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing outstanding service.

Job Responsibility:

Efficiently managing customer inquiries through phone and email
Conducting outbound calls to meet customer requirements
Ensuring accurate documentation and filing
Performing data entry tasks
Utilizing customer database systems
Collaborating with internal departments
Leveraging Microsoft Office Suite
Scheduling appointments and managing order entries
Handling inbound and outbound calls

Requirements:

Proven experience in a call center customer service role
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to perform data entry tasks with high levels of accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience with order entry
Proven ability to schedule appointments efficiently
