Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Insights & Analytics Manager to lead the Analytics team and drive enterprise-level insights for business success. In this role, you will combine technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to oversee a team of hybrid professionals. By leading a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, and exploring next-generation analytics methods, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s strategic roadmap.

Job Responsibility:

Provide leadership and direction to both office-based and remote team members, enhancing collaboration, accountability, and alignment with objectives
Utilize your technical proficiency and business knowledge to manage the analytics team effectively
Foster a culture that values insights and data-driven decision-making, identifying new opportunities for business value
Use your technical skills in Power BI for data visualization and reporting
Apply your experience in descriptive and diagnostic analytics to the benefit of the team and the wider business
Utilize your skills in predictive analytics and statistical modeling to drive business decisions
Work within enterprise data environments, including structured data models, governance frameworks, and analytics-driven decision-making
Use analytics for customer segmentation, retention analysis, and engagement strategies in a data-centric organization

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years experience in the Financial Services industry
Proven track record in Insights & Analytics Management
Proficient in Data Visualization and Analytics
Strong skills in Predictive Analytics
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI
Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server
Practical experience with Microsoft SSRS
Ability to work with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools
Experience in Interactive Data Visualization is essential
