Job Description:

A fast-growing consulting firm is seeking a talented and experienced Instructional Designer with exceptional writing skills to join their team for a long-term remote contract. This role involves crafting engaging training materials that simplify complex concepts for various audiences, with a focus on healthcare-related content.

Job Responsibility:

Transform course outlines into clear, engaging, and user-friendly scripts
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to extract knowledge via interviews and shape it into comprehensive training materials
Simplify complex healthcare-related information for general or specialist audiences by creating easy-to-understand, structured scripts
Customize training scripts to suit the unique requirements of targeted audiences while maintaining messaging consistency and tone

Requirements:

At least 5+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer, Copywriter, or a related role
Proven track record of creating clear, engaging, and audience-specific training content, with a preference for work in the healthcare industry
Strong storytelling and writing abilities that support effective learning
Experience working in learning and development environments and collaborating with SMEs
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and the broader Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in the healthcare industry is strongly preferred
