Job Description:

A leading company in the financial sector is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Broker for a one-year contract based in downtown Montreal. This is an excellent opportunity to put your expertise to work in a professional, client-focused, and collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility:

Manage personal lines policy renewals
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
Handle claims follow-ups and provide client support
Prepare quotes and ensure timely follow-ups
Prospect new clients
Represent the company at industry events
Perform related administrative and coordination tasks as needed

Requirements:

Solid experience in personal lines insurance
AMF license required
Fluent in both French and English — bilingualism is essential as many clients are English-speaking only
Proficient with insurance systems and digital tools
Strong attention to detail, autonomy, and a high level of professionalism
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What we offer:

Competitive hourly rate: $30 to $38/hour, depending on experience
Hybrid schedule: 2 days/week in-office (downtown Montreal)
Occasional evenings and weekends on rotation
