The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice on insurance coverage matters and represent clients in these specialized disputes. Job Responsibility:

Analyzing insurance policies and providing legal advice on coverage issues
Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, legal responses, affidavits, etc.
Representing clients in court and negotiation meetings
Performing legal research and preparing case strategies

Requirements:

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to the state bar and in good standing
Proven experience as an Insurance Coverage Attorney
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently or in a team
