Job Description:

Lawes Consulting Group are currently working with a Lloyds Syndicate who are looking for a Insurance Distribution Manager to join their team in the City of London. The Distribution Manager will coordinate a team of Underwriters and Account Managers to manage a range of portfolios.

Job Responsibility:

Looking after strategic portfolios
Must be comfortable sitting down with head of, manage expectations
Will set the distribution and engagement strategy
Coordinate a team of Underwriters and Account Managers to achieve these outcomes
Create a compelling proposition and comprehensive distribution strategy in order to reach, or beat, our clients’ business plan in all classes within the portfolio
Using the CRM, define the engagement pattern and areas of focus

Requirements:

3-5 years’ experience in either Lloyds or London Market
Strong negotiation,communication and presentation skills
Capable of managing,developing and profiting from new and existing,internal and external relationships
A commercial understanding of underwriting
Able to assimilate into strategic discussions around the structuring and management of portfolios
