We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-centric Intake Coordinator to join our team based in Acton, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be the initial contact for new clients, evaluating their requirements, and arranging meetings with our legal professionals. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining precise records of client interactions and ensuring outstanding client service throughout their journey with us.
Job Responsibility:
Manage incoming calls from potential clients
Arrange meetings with legal professionals
Update and maintain client information in CRM system
Conduct regular check-in calls with clients
Collaborate with the team
Use various software applications including Excel and Microsoft Office
Ensure all client interactions are managed professionally and promptly
Continuously enhance the client intake process
Support team functions and processes
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Requirements:

Understanding of benefit functions in a healthcare context
Knowledge of billing functions in a healthcare context
Experience in claim administration
Familiarity with HubSpot software
Proven ability to schedule appointments effectively
