Job Description:

The Integration, Verification, and RF Testing Engineer will be responsible for interfacing with various entities, including customers, design departments, suppliers, and facilities. The candidate must demonstrate strong initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving throughout the testing process.

Job Responsibility:

support Design Reviews
prepare Test Setup Procurement Specifications
prepare Test Procedures and Conduct Test Readiness Reviews (TRR)
define, Procure, Install, and Validate RF radiated and conducted Test Setups (Low and High Power)
knowledge about Passive InterModulation Product
act as RF Test Conductor
process RF Test Data
prepare Test Reports and Logbooks, and conduct Test Review Boards (TRB)
manage NRB Disposition and follow-up
contribute to overall Test Strategy and IVVQ approach
prepare Technical Proposals for RF Testing Aspects
engineering Concurrence for Test Plans and Test Requirements
develop Antenna Performance Processing Software
oversee RF Test Facility System Engineering and Implementation

Requirements:

Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field
good knowledge of English in writing and speaking
willingness to take responsibility for tasks and lead teams
strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
practical experience in RF measurements and testing
knowledge of test planning and execution processes
