Job Description:

A dynamic interior design firm specializing in both residential and commercial projects, they are committed to delivering innovative and high-quality designs. They are seeking an experienced Interior Design Lead to take charge of the creative direction and oversee projects, based in Perak.

Job Responsibility:

Design Leadership: Lead and develop interior design concepts for residential and commercial spaces, ensuring creativity and functionality
Project Management: Oversee projects from concept to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and client expectations
Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into compelling design solutions
Team Collaboration: Guide and mentor junior designers, ensuring consistency in design quality and execution
Material & Vendor Coordination: Source materials, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure the best quality within budget
Technical Drawings & Presentations: Review and approve design proposals, technical drawings, and 3D visualizations
Site Coordination: Work closely with contractors and site teams to ensure seamless project execution

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field
3+ years of experience in residential and commercial interior design
Strong leadership and project management skills
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, etc.)
Excellent communication and client management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
