Job Description:

We are looking for an Accountant to join one of the biggest Development Companies in Canada. This company has offices in Canada, US, and International and lots of growth opportunity for the right individual!

Job Responsibility:

Preparing financial statements and assisting with daily full cycle accounting duties
Support annual operating budget process and conducting variance analysis
Reconciliations of bank and credit cards accounts, as well as overseeing AP/AR processing
Working together with external auditing teams
Assist in preparing Corporate Tax Returns

Requirements:

3+ years of Full Cycle Accounting Experience
Experience in development and/or construction will be a strong asset
CPA pursuing
Experience with SAGE 300 is an ASSET

Nice to have:

Experience in development and/or construction
Experience with SAGE 300
