Job Description:

A chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy in Thames Ditton is looking to add an ambitious Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to their dynamic team. The incoming Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will join a firm that specialises in the delivery of exceptional High-End Residential projects that redefine luxury. This is your opportunity to take on greater responsibility and work on projects that make a statement.

Job Responsibility:

Shape the Future of High-End Living in Surrey
Work on projects ranging from £0.5M to £10M across London and the South East
Refine your craft and progress quickly in a supportive, ambitious environment

Requirements:

A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
Basic Pre & Post Contract experience
Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy firm
A valid UK driving license
High-End Residential project experience is highly desirable but not crucial
Local to Surrey area ideally
