Job Description:

Marriott International, Inc. is seeking a high potential intern who is passionate and keen to establish a long-term career in the hospitality industry. Job Responsibility:

Support HR Services team to roll out HR initiatives, policies, and guidelines
Support in recruitment process
Support in associate relations activities
Support internal HR communications by drafting and creating presentations
Support the team in property projects and initiatives
Other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Undergraduate in Human Resources, Business, or Hospitality preferred
Must have own working rights in Australia
Must be a current undergraduate of an Australian institution and be required to complete an internship as a pre-requisite of the course to graduate
Prepared to commit to a three months’ internship period or longer

Nice to have:

Ability to excel in a fast-paced and action-based environment
Detailed-oriented, structured, and organized
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
