Job Description:

The Marriott International Corporate Internship Program offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hotel operations and hospitality from a corporate view. Interns will participate in meaningful projects, on-the-job training, coaching, and support, while building skills to prepare for a career in the hospitality industry.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in high-level project development meetings
Assist in the launch and management of key projects
Conduct in-depth market research on the latest trends in Rooms Discipline
Consolidate operational data and support analysis
Liaise with hotel leaders to gather information and feedback

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a university or hotel school degree program
University or Hotel School undergraduates specializing in hospitality-related fields preferred
For specialist disciplines, students pursuing business or similar related courses considered

Nice to have:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work in group settings and/or independently
Ability to prioritize and multi-task several projects
Demonstrates problem-solving skills
Demonstrates creativity and innovation
