Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Execute and assist in planning and conducting internal audits, including financial, operational, and compliance audits, to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and adherence to policies and procedures
Participate in risk assessment activities to identify potential areas of risk and develop audit programs accordingly
Prepare and maintain detailed audit workpapers, findings, and reports in accordance with established standards
Perform substantive testing, analytical reviews, and substantive procedures to test the reliability and integrity of financial and operational information
Participate in department projects to strengthen the team’s policies and practices
Identify areas for improvement and make practical recommendations to enhance control procedures and operational efficiency

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting
CPA or CPA in progress is a plus
0-3 years of experience in audit or internal audit roles (including internships)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

CPA or CPA in progress
