Job Description:

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Internal Auditor role in the Retail industry, based in El Segundo, California. This position will involve a range of auditing tasks, including conducting audit procedures, assisting in quarterly reviews, and documenting process flows.

Job Responsibility:

Assisting the auditing team in conducting interim and year-end audit procedures
Undertaking audit procedures and testing processes for operational review audits
Providing support in the management’s quarterly SOX 302 certification process
Conducting interviews with management for SOX and operational reviews
Utilizing accounting software systems and business systems in daily tasks
Carrying out accurate documentation of process flows for SOX and operational reviews
Identifying and reporting audit findings in a clear, logical, and concise manner
Developing recommendations based on the audit findings and presenting them to the team

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Familiarity with Audit Program
Understanding and knowledge of Business systems
Proficiency in using CobiT
Experience in handling Accounting Functions
Ability to effectively communicate Audit Findings
Strong background in Auditing
Experience in formulating and executing Audit Plans
Knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne will be an advantage

Knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
