We are looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on selling maintenance contracts and spare parts to our extensive customer base. This is an office-based role where you’ll be handling a high volume of inbound customer interactions, nurturing relationships, and ensuring a seamless sales process.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively selling maintenance contracts and spare parts, managing inbound and outbound sales calls, and achieving sales targets
Preparing and managing quotations, logging orders in the CRM, and coordinating spare parts shipments
Building strong client relationships, assisting with service needs, and providing after-sales support
Maintaining CRM records, tracking sales performance, and providing reports on key accounts
Negotiating pricing and contracts within company guidelines to secure new and repeat business.
Requirements:
A strong sales and communication skillset, with a proven ability to close deals
A confident telephone manner, especially when making outbound cold calls
A proactive and results-driven approach to sales, with a history of achieving targets
Excellent questioning and negotiation skills
Strong computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Outlook and Office
A high level of attention to detail and a desire to learn and grow.
What we offer:
OTE: £31,000 – £34,000
Commission: £3,000 p.a. on-target earnings (paid monthly in arrears)
End of year bonus: £3,000 for 100% achievement of company targets (pro-rata)
28 days annual holiday (including bank holidays – pro-rata)
