Our client, a dynamic and innovative manufacturing organisation, is seeking a driven International Account Manager to join their Global Markets Group in Euston, London.
Job Responsibility:
Build businesses from scratch in key markets by identifying and appointing the best distribution partners
Motivate and stimulate distributors to achieve sales and profit targets
Monitor in-market sales and stock levels, ensuring budget realisation
Develop and implement a marketing activity calendar with distributors
Collaborate with International and local Brand Managers to align marketing activities with brand strategy
Ensure successful implementation of new product developments (NPD) and funded marketing activities
Manage Customer P&L's, prepare profit forecasts, and monitor market profitability
Allocate marketing budgets and maintain transparency in all expenditures
Challenge and support existing distributors to maximise growth
Evaluate distributor performance and identify potential new partners
Input monthly demand forecasts and liaise with Export Customer Service to ensure timely order fulfilment
Requirements:
Educated to a high standard with a track record in international account management, particularly in the FMCG sector
Proven ability to develop new territories and a strong understanding of marketing and brand-building activities
International mindset with cultural sensitivity in communication
A hunter for business, hungry for success-a true go-getter
Self-starter, determined, and a team player with excellent negotiation and influencing skills
Strong relationship-building capabilities, both internally and externally
