Job Description:

As a Non-US Accredited Foreign Graduate, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to complete US internship hours, practicing diverse patient care, pharmacy operations, and leadership. You'll prepare for pharmacist licensure exams while delivering exceptional care to patients. Responsibilities include customer service, regulatory compliance, inventory management, patient counseling, and team leadership.

Job Responsibility:

Greet each customer in a courteous and professional manner
assist pharmacy and front store customers with questions and concerns
answer telephone with a friendly greeting
comply with federal and state laws, rules, and regulations
maintain HIPAA standards
adhere to CVS workflow
resolve third-party rejections and manual claims
assist with drug orders and inventory management
offer counseling under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist
facilitate 'team' culture
apply acquired knowledge to help drive healthy outcomes
support pharmacy manager in supervising and developing pharmacy support staff
deliver additional health care services as allowed by state regulation

Requirements:

High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED)
Doctorate (PharmD) or equivalent Pharmacist degree from a Non-US accredited school of pharmacy
active Pharmacy Intern license in state where district is located
0 to 3 years of prior relevant work experience
foreign graduate from a Non-US accredited college or school of pharmacy prior to beginning training program
strong communication and presentation skills
proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
