We are a growing business who are now on the hunt for an experienced Technical Sales professional with export sales experience or someone who is looking to step up and branch out into an international career. Initially supporting North America, with possibility to travel further afield. Based in the UK from our Cambridgeshire office, you’ll be selling our industrial temperature measurement solutions internationally into heat treatment, food processing, ceramics and coatings markets.
Job Responsibility:
Visiting customers, supporting representatives and handling direct sales
Delivering technical product demonstrations and running trials at customer sites
Establishing, managing and growing key account relationships
Providing installation support, on-site training, and ongoing technical assistance
Identifying customer requirements and offering the best solutions through a consultative sales approach
Generating leads and developing new routes to market to complement our existing structure and increase brand awareness
Requirements:
A background in engineering, ideally with an HNC or higher qualification
Previous experience in B2B technical sales (domestically or internationally)
Strong relationship-building skills and excellent communication abilities
The ability to create and execute a structured territory plan
Experience in capital equipment sales within our target markets, or broader engineering industries is highly desirable
